KYC / AML
Identity and risk controls.
KeKo can require identity verification, source-of-funds information, and manual review before deposits, bonuses, gameplay, withdrawals, or account reopening.
K
01KYC triggers
- Withdrawal requests, unusual payment activity, duplicate accounts, high-risk behavior, sanctions risk, or operator review.
- Account status can be set to KYC pending until requested documents are reviewed.
- Documents may include passport/ID, selfie with challenge ID, personal data, address, and source-of-funds evidence.
02AML monitoring
- Deposits, withdrawals, tx hashes, wallets, bonuses, referrals, and game activity are reviewed for suspicious patterns.
- Risk alerts can be sent to authorized operators for high amount, velocity, KYC mismatch, or payment errors.
- Suspicious or prohibited activity can be delayed, rejected, refunded, reported, or locked.
03Restricted conduct
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, stolen funds, chargeback abuse, mule accounts, market manipulation, or bot/exploit play are forbidden.
- Do not transact for another person or use wallets you do not control.
- False or forged KYC documents may lead to permanent closure.
04Sanctions and geography
- Access can be refused for sanctioned persons, blocked territories, high-risk jurisdictions, VPN abuse, or prohibited payment routes.
- The operator may screen wallets, tx hashes, IP signals, country signals, and account links before releasing funds.
05Source of funds
- Players may need to explain deposits, wallet ownership, employment/business income, exchange history, or previous transaction path.
- Funds can stay on hold while source-of-funds evidence is missing, inconsistent, or risky.
06Enforcement
- The operator may void bonuses, reverse errors, reject withdrawals, close accounts, or preserve records when abuse or illegality is suspected.
- Where required, activity may be reported to payment partners, wallet providers, regulators, or law-enforcement channels.
Manual reviewReview is a control, not a punishment.
Manual review protects players, treasury, and compliance obligations before funds leave the platform.
