  • The operator may block countries, IP ranges, wallets, accounts, or payments to satisfy legal and risk obligations.

Crypto and network risk

  • Crypto transfers are irreversible and depend on third-party networks, wallets, exchanges, and indexers.
  • Wrong network, missing memo/tag, unsupported asset, duplicate tx hash, or price movement can delay, reduce, or prevent credit.
  • USD values are operational estimates and may include spreads, rounding, and network fees.

Records and disputes

  • Server logs, ledger entries, provider data, and admin audit trail are the primary records for disputes.
  • Obvious mistakes, duplicated credits, exploit payouts, or interrupted rounds can be corrected after review.
  • Claims may be rejected if evidence is missing, altered, abusive, or submitted after logs are no longer reasonably available.
